About Elise
Elise is The Village Green Matriarch, and has over 30 years of experience in the floral industry!
She is an ultra talented floral designer with a wealth of knowledge that she graciously shares with her team, and is responsible for keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Her primary focus / passion is Customer Service and getting to know our lovely clients!
Elise opened the shop back in 2016 (on a wing and a prayer), and has since grown The Village Green Flower shop into a community staple with a team of 5 employees (and some occasional seasonal helpers).
Meet Kim
Kim joined The Village Green in 2020 as our first official employee turning what was once a one woman show into a Team! Kim is a skilled and talented floral designer who has a knack for organization and uses those skills to keep the shop looking wonderful! With her lovely personality, she treats our customers with care and professionalism. She is a true gift to The Village Green Team.
Meet Ashley
Ashley started out as a florist in training in the summer of 2022 and has since become a talented and creative floral designer! She is our social media expert and uses her marketing skills to create engaging content that inspires and connects with our audience. She is one of the friendly voices taking phone orders and serving customers in store.
Meet Jenny
Jenny joined The Village Green Team in 2025 as a florist in training- she helps us with a little bit of everything! Her passion for flowers and plants makes her eager to learn, and her sunny disposition makes every customer feel welcomed whether in store or over the phone.
Meet McKenzie
McKenzie joined The Village Green Team in 2025 as a junior floral designer, and while she is our youngest team member, don't be fooled, she has a natural talent for floral design! Her kindhearted and soft nature makes her an absolute pleasure to work with.
